Terms of Use

These are the terms for using Harbor Escape, made by Djemba Games ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or playing the app, you agree to them.

The short version

Harbor Escape is a free puzzle game. Play it, enjoy it, don't try to break it or cheat other players, and don't hold us responsible for things outside our control. The full terms are below.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play Harbor Escape on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. You don't own the app — we (and our licensors) do, including all art, code, level designs, and the Harbor Escape name.

What you can't do

• Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the app or its content.
• Use cheats, exploits, bots, or unauthorized third-party tools to interfere with the game.
• Use the app for anything illegal, or in a way that infringes someone else's rights.

Ads and in-app purchases

Harbor Escape is supported by ads shown through Unity LevelPlay (see our Privacy Policy for details). Ads are provided by third parties; we don't control their content and aren't responsible for it — if you see an ad you think is inappropriate, let us know at info@djembagames.com. The app doesn't currently offer in-app purchases, but we may add them in a future update; if we do, these terms will be updated to cover them.

No warranty

Harbor Escape is provided "as is." We work to keep it fun and bug-free, but we don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device. You use it at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Djemba Games is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to Harbor Escape will not exceed the amount you paid us for it — which, since the app is free, is $0.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms over time. If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page.

Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the app if you violate these terms. You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it.

Apple App Store — additional terms

If you downloaded Harbor Escape from Apple's App Store, the following also applies, as required by Apple:

• This agreement is between you and Djemba Games only, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the app.
• Apple is not responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, for the app.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the app.
• Apple is not responsible for investigating, defending, settling, or discharging any claim that the app infringes a third party's intellectual property rights.
• You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement, and Apple has the right to enforce it against you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Djemba Games is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
